Leveraging 20 years as a senior business executive, Lee built her real estate career alongside the top brokers in DC, Marc Fleisher. Business acumen and integrity quickly established Lee as one of the region's most committed and trusted brokers. 

Lee has sold half a billion dollars worth of real estate and has been recognized by WSJ/Real Trends as the #3 agent in DC in 2022. With particular dominance in the luxury market, Lee is regularly involved in many of the region’s largest transactions, including 3 of the top 10 single family home sales in 2023. 

Lee has deep roots in metropolitan Washington. She came to DC in 1988 to work on Capitol Hill and fell in love with the city where she has since lived, worked, and raised three children. 

Lee is relentless in identifying and utilizing best in class resources to prepare, price and present her listings, including the COMPASS suite of marketing tools and technology, and our network of 28,000 COMPASS agents nationally. For buyers, Lee provides her clients with an inside track to the broadest possible inventory of homes, including those not yet on the market or those that are listed privately.
